COVID-19 Relief for 2020 CPD

 

General insurance agents, brokers or Relevant Persons* that cannot fulfil the total minimum hours in 2020 must fulfil the shortfall in 2021, in addition to the 2021 minimum hours. 

Example: 

A is an insurance agent and 2020 is her first year working as an agent. She must fulfil 24 CPD hours in 2020. 

She fulfilled 10 hours in 2020. She must fulfil that balance of 14 + 24 = 38 hours in 2021 to meet her CPD requirements for 2020 and 2021.
