Consumers who have a dispute that they have not been able to resolve with their insurer can file a complaint free of charge with the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC) within 6 months after receiving the final reply letter from their insurer.

FIDReC provides an affordable and accessible one-stop avenue for consumers to resolve their disputes with financial institutions.
